Since 1993 Cosmetic Industries, Inc., a family owned business, has specialized in silk screening and filling liquid products in glass and plastic containers ranging from 1/8 oz. (3.75ml) up to 4 oz. (120ml). Today Cosmetic Industries, Inc. has grown to be the largest contract nail polish filling operation in North America.

In 2002 We expanded our facilities by adding a state of the art color laboratory for manufacturing and customizing of color lacquers and treatments.

Cosmetic Industries Inc has a GMP quality program in place. Cosmetic Industries Inc. holds a current Cosmetic Manufacturing Registration license from the State of California and complies with the FDA regulation 21CFR701.3 for the purposes of cosmetic labeling.

Cosmetic Industries Inc. meets or exceeds all cosmetic Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s) set forth by the United States Food and Drug Administration and follows guidelines established in International Standard ISO 22716:2007, Cosmetics-Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)-Guideline on Good Manufacturing Practices. Cosmetic Industries Inc. complies with the Good Laboratory Practices and EU Council Directives.

Located in Fontana, CA, (just 40 minutes east of L.A.) we have grown into the largest private label manufacturer of quality nail lacquers on the west coast. We are capable of filling 500,000 bottles per day and silk screening approximately 600,000.

We have over 3000 colors in our library and are adding new colors every day. Which means if you are thinking of a specific color pallet for a certain season either we have the color already available or would be able to match the color for you. With respect to treatment lacquers, we currently have over 50 different basecoats, topcoats and cuticle oils. We do everything as a complete package. Our turn time is extremely quick and our quality is second to none. We can also match or duplicate any color or formulation. All of our formulations are toluene, formaldehyde, dibutyl phthalate, camphor and formaldehyde resin free.
